Dr. Fa WANG

Dr. Wang is currently the president of the Hearing Aid Business Unit at United Imaging, Shanghai. Before joining United Imaging, he worked for Philips Healthcare,WI and Starkey Hearing Technologies,MN, focusing on the wearable medical devices research and development. He returned to China in 2020 and since then has founded a group comprising over 120 scientists and engineers. His team developed and commercialized China's first medical-grade hearing aid, along with a customized system-on-chip.
Dr.Wang earned his B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering from Fudan University and his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, under the supervision of Professor John G. Webster.
